איפה הפואנטה?לפעמים צריך לעשות ״סטופ כדור הארץ״ ולפתוח מול מישהו סוגריים מלאכותיים שבתוכם מתנהלת ״שיחה על השיחה״.כלומר שיחה על ה"איך" אנחנו מדברים, לא על ה"מה". ללכת הצידה מהעניין עצמו אל סגנון ההתנהלות והתקשורת סביב הנושא.על הנייר נשמע פשוט/מתבקש מעת לעת. בחיים עצמם רב האנשים בכלל לא יזכרו שהאופציה הזו קיימת, או פשוט יעדיפו להמנע.למה?שלל דוגמאות שפגשתי בקרב לקוחות שאני מלווה: יש רק עניין קטן.המקומות שבהם נוצר תסכול חוזר בדר"כ לא נעלמים.מה שנתפס כלקיחת אחריות והתמודדות בוגרת מסתבר לעיתים כהימנעות מקונפליקט.תסכול שלא מקבל מענה או קונפליקט שנשאר בבטן הופך לברקס.לא צריך להסביר למה לא יעיל לנהוג כשלוחצים גם על הגז וגם על הברקס, נכון?מצאתי את עצמי משתמשת ברעיון ה"שיחה על השיחה" בלא מעט שיחות עם חברי הנהלה סביב ארועים שוטפים על ניגודי אינטרסים, קבלת החלטות, טיפול במצבים עסקיים והתמודדות עם אתגרים מקצועיים ואנושיים.מוכנה לומר שאין אחד ואחת שלא נקלעו למצבים שמבקשים "שיחה על השיחה" אבל יש כאלה שזה בא להם יותר טבעי (היי נשים) ויש שלא.פרק קצרצר ופרקטי כך שכ"א יכול.ה לקחת משהו כתזכורת, חיזוק או טיפ.אם זיהיתם שאתם בקבוצת סיכון - דברו איתי.
