Side Project Panache - De Garde Meer & More - ep750

It's no secret we love lambics. When we found that 3F did two collaborations with two of our favorite American brewers, we had to try them. This might come as a shock, but we loved them. First we tried the Side Project Panache. This is a 6% lambic blend of Fermier 2024 with a 2020 Oude Lambik. The result is a funky, tart delicious treat. Next is De Garde Meer & More. It comes in at 9% ABV and blends a spontaneous wild ale with a lambic blend with Mourvedre grapes. Then it's aged on oak barrels for 2 to 7 years. If you can get your hands on this one, you're in for something special.
