Während der ProWein 2026 in Düsseldorf haben wir die Gelegenheit genutzt, mit einigen der spannendsten Persönlichkeiten aus dem Kreis der Winzer und Produzenten der SCHLUMBERGER-GRUPPE – sowie deren Repräsentanten – ins Gespräch zu kommen. Im Mittelpunkt stand dabei eine einfache, aber grundlegende Frage: Welche Rolle spielt der Sommelier heute noch in der Welt des Weins? Daraus entwickelten sich vier Fragen, die wir allen Gesprächspartnern gestellt haben: Wie wichtig ist der Sommelier? Brauchst du als Sommelier heute andere Fähigkeiten als noch vor 20 Jahren?
