It is so important to bring awareness to the root cause of all of this so that changes can be made. First, you have to put a name to it. Is it stress? Or is it burnout? You deserve to find out!Lets make it EXTRA! Bound for Boundaries!Do yourself a favor and call it quits the moment you hit the sheets! Start making the habit to turn off and cut your accessibility once it’s time for bed. Don’t bring your “obligations” to bed with you.
