Signs Of The Times

from Signs Of The Times · host Pastor Mark Kirk

A quarter-century has passed, but for many, the memory of September 11, 2001 remains as raw as it did in the days and weeks following that tragic morning in NYC. Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the families forever changed, and the heroic men and women who ran toward danger without hesitation. We honor the firefighters, police officers, EMTs, military personnel, and everyday citizens who united and responded in the wake of incomprehensible devastation. While we know the earthly count of lives lost, we will never know how many souls were saved eternally by surrendering to Jesus—because what the enemy intended for evil, we have no doubt God used for good. To those who served then, those who stepped up in the years that followed, and those who continue to stand watch today, we say "thank you."
