// Signs, Serendipity + the Courage to Create with Jenny Blake and Sarah Young

Some things can't be explained… but maybe they don't need to be? ✨   Jenny Blake lost 80% of her revenue in two weeks, and it led straight to her latest book and body of work, Free Time.   Sarah Young noticed that her biggest opportunities arrive almost every time she steps away and sits in the sunshine.     And then there's this: Jenny found the In Season planners splayed out on a New York City sidewalk…half a block from her building, pen and card still tucked inside, as if the package had simply escaped and waited for her.   I cannot explain it… and that's exactly what this episode is about ✨ We get into the signs and synchronicities that show up when you're paying attention, the vulnerability of creating something from the heart, and what happens when you finally give your ideas room to grow.   These are two of my favorite humans, and this conversation was pure joy 🤩   💛 Connect with Sarah:  Website: https://www.zingcollaborative.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/zingcollaborative/ Buy Sarah's book: Expansive Impact: An Invitation to Lead in Everyday Moments: https://amzn.to/48tlrm4  Previous episode with Sarah about intuition and energy:  https://flourish.careers/intuitive-insights-the-power-of-clean-energy-in-decision-making/ 💛 Connect with Jenny:  Free Time website: https://itsfreetime.com/  Substack: https://substack.com/@jennyblake  Buy her books: Free Time, Lose the Busywork, Love Your Business: https://amzn.to/3O0U3VP Pivot, The Only Move that Matters is Your Next One: https://amzn.to/4sAHOxl Jenny's substacks about serendipity signage:  https://rollingindoh.substack.com/p/serendipity-signage  https://rollingindoh.substack.com/p/call-and-response-three-serendipity-signs  https://rollingindoh.substack.com/p/nyc-magic 🖋️ Check out the In Season guided planner: it's designed to support turning points + fresh starts (use code PODLOVE for 10% off your order) https://shopflourishcareers.myshopify.com/discount/PODLOVE  🔗 Resources + Links   Flourishing Fave: Tosha Silver's books: https://amzn.to/4t8cEho Business Besties Bunch: http://itsfreetime.com/brunch   🌟 For detailed show notes, visit the Flourish Careers Blog
