There are currently 30 women on The List.Sika is relatively new to the world of ultra running, and once she'd gotten a taste of the sport, she wanted to choose a meaningful event to aim for. At the suggestion of her mentor, Dan Empfield, she chose to tackle the 90km/56-mile Comrades Marathon in South Africa. This is the story of Sika Henry's experience at this, the world's oldest and largest ultra-distance foot race.
