Silence Breeds Violence - Anthony C. Harris

I loved Mr. Rogers as a kid.  Although his show was geared towards a very young audience, the lessons he taught with each episode was basic and filled with hope.  Hope, something that seems to be fading in our urban communities.  How do we begin to reclaim that sense of safety in an all too violent world.  Does it take a million to spiral change?  Or, just one?  Anthony C.
