Today, I covered S3E11: Twas The Night Before Christmas, which aired on December 16, 1984. In this episode it's Christmas time, but Alfonso is sad to learn he won't be spending the holidays with his mother, and Freddy and his family are homeless. This started out to be a bummer of a Christmas for everyone even at one point for the Stratton fam, but in the end they all settled in and delighted with Alfonso singing what sounded like an original Christmas song and enjoyed the togetherness of family and friends.
