Simmons-Johansson Steps In at Right Tackle | Wisconsin Badgers Football News

Wisconsin’s offensive line just got a wild twist: with right tackle Kevin Heywood sidelined by injury, transfer Lucas Simmons-Johansson—once poised to battle for left tackle—is now thrust into the starting role at right tackle. Coaches praise his adaptability as he learns a new position on the fly, comparing it to switching hands mid-task. The situation hinges entirely on Heywood’s recovery—if he returns, the battle for left tackle resumes; if not, Simmons-Johansson might cement his spot. This unexpected shakeup is accelerating depth development and could reshape the season’s lineup dynamics. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
