Simon Bocca – "The power of business is enormous."

Simon Bocca is the founder and CEO of PayCaptain, a cloud-based payroll system which Simon hopes will transform the payroll experience for companies and employees. Simon's aim is to improve the financial wellbeing of employees, and he is constantly looking at new technological advances that can improve both the customer and employee payroll experience.
