This week, we speak with Simon Irish, CEO of nuclear plant developer Terrestrial Energy, and Shawn Matthews, CEO and Chairman of HCM II Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:HOND). The two announced a $1.3 billion combination in March. Terrestrial Energy is developing designs for small modular nuclear reactors that produce heat for industrial clients along with power.
