Simon Kavanagh is exploring transformational learning and approaches to systemic change
from Better World Leaders Hosted by Tim Collings
It was great to understand more deeply the story of the emergence of KaosPilots, the core frameworks of their approach to transformational learning and how these can be applied in this free flowing dialogue with Simon Kavanagh. It's always particularly exciting and enlivening for me to co-create conversation with someone whose work I'm already benefiting from. In recent years at work I've been guided by fellows-in-the-work Dimity Podger and Burju Taskin in KaosPilots frameworks, and myself having completed one of their Masterclasses with Ramon Marmolejos and begun my own practice creating learning journeys and experiences designing with many of the approaches we discuss today. Here's some additional resources provided and recommended by Simon; Learning Arch Design MANUAL & COURSES The LAD linked in group: https://www.linkedin.com/groups/12897790My linked in profile: Contact : [email protected] And @Ramon Marmolejos the official Kaospilot licensee in Australia. 2 article to review recommended by Simon- shttps://www.linkedin.com/pulse/10-ways-utilise-learning-arches-set-sustain-online-courses-kavanagh?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_ios&utm_campaign=share_via https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/designing-online-learning-arches-6-easy-steps-simon-kavanagh?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_ios&utm_campaign=share_via
