He cut his teeth in the original acid house era when he performed in bands with Thom Yorke (Radiohead), went on to provide soundtracks from Hollywood blockbusters (The Matrix, Charlie's Angels) under his Lunatic Calm guise and then forged his own way with his Fused & Bruised label, home to his output as Elite Force for several years.  After stints on Moonshine and City of Angels in the US and Whole9Yards in the UK, he founded U&A Recordings back in 2006 as a vehicle for his own music, including his Zodiac Cartel productions. More recently, he has diversified with new imprint Stereophoenix, and recording under his real name has been responsible for a whole host of deeper, euphoric, techy productions. He also founded The One Series, a bespoke series of events featuring One DJ, One Room, All Night, at which he's played a number of 6, 7 and 8-hour sets. A Burning Man regular, Simon has also played many of the world's biggest festivals, including Coachella, Glastonbury, Future Music Festival, Shambhala, Rainbow Serpent, Kazantip and many more.
