In de episode mocht ik Simona Bussé welkom heten. Simona baat samen met haar man Marc Mundo Rico uit. Een zaak waar mondiale kookworkshops doorgaan, catering te bestellen is en teamvorming-events aangevraagd kunnen worden. Het zijn wereldreizigers pur sang en hebben al 58 landen op de teller. Hoewel ze twee kinderen hebben, zijn ze niet van plan om samen naar 65 landen te evolueren.In ons gesprek hebben we het o.a. over haar reizen, eerst lekker met z'n tweeën en later ook met de kinderen erbij. De manier van reizen veranderde lichtjes van format doorheen die jaren daardoor... We hebben het ook nog over intuïtief reizen, over minimalistisch leven, over ondernemen en wat ze hiermee doet tijdens zomerscholen met kinderen van de 3de graad lager onderwijs.
