Simplify: Making Room for What Matters Most

from Your Aha! Life · host Tonya Harris Cornileus

My theme word for this year is Simplify, and in this episode, I share what it means to me to simplify my life, what it may mean to you, the things that can get in the way of living a simpler, less cluttered life, and what you can do to overcome those things and live a simpler life.  It's a journey and it's one that I'm on. I'm probably somewhere between Marie Kondo's KonMari method and a minimalist lifestyle. I just want to live as simply as I can. I believe to live simply can improve the quality of our lives. It can create more space, more time, more peace, more joy, and more room for the things that matter the most to you. Correction: Peter Block's book title is Community: The Structure of Belonging
