Simultaneously Preparing for the Best and the Worst - Joy Heath Rush - ILTA

#HOMEtech When you run a large legal technology association, you know your members are one of the biggest reasons that most of us can work from home. It also means that there is a lot of pressure on those members to make sure everything is running correctly and that you understand tools that you may never have used before. In other words, your members are a little stressed out right now. Today's guest, Joy Heath Rush, CEO of ILTA, is using the resources of her organization to make sure that members are sharing ideas and experiences, and learning from one another during this very complex time.  She explains that ILTA and its members are having to plan for short-term and long-term issues. This also means having contingency plans for the worst-case scenario, as well as the best-case scenario. If there was ever a time to lean on one another, this is that time, and Joy wants to make sure that ILTA is positioned to be there through this time, and beyond.
