Did I or did I not tell you that season 2 was going to be bigger and better than ever?! I have followed and loved this lady for a good, long while, and you'll soon see that I really took the opportunity to yap. Sinead has recently released a book called It Nearly Killed Me but I Love You  which I insist you read. It is so fantastic, and there were so many moments that I felt so completely seen.  Sinead is strong, authentic, funny, realistic, vulnerable, approachable, down-to-earth, witty, self-aware, and so much more. I basically never wanna stop talking to her ever?? Vivie is so, so lucky to have her as a mum. And her work will be such a taonga to so many parents in the throes of those parenting trenches we find ourselves in. The fact that new parents will be able to reach for this book and feel immediately less alone makes me feel very warm and fuzzy!!!!!  If you listen to this episode and feel inspired to make some change or help the perinatal mental health space, this is a petition calling for the betterment of perinatal mental health services in Aotearoa.
