Singing with Amy Kathleen

Amy has been conveying her emotions through music since she began songwriting at eight years old, specifically recalling times where she would fight with her mom, run into her room angry with a sharpie in hand, and write a song on colored construction paper. Early musical influences include Amy Grant and Taylor Swift; she learned to play Swift's entire discography by the time she finished elementary school. Needing to incorporate music into her life as much as possible, Amy attended and graduated from a fine-arts middle/high school where she focused on vocal performance. Amy has been performing her own songs in Almost Jaded since she was 16 and continues to build her music career.
