Single-cell sequencing for NON-nerds

from Mallory Thomas Hosted by Mallory Thomas

Hi my name is Mallory. I am a scientist learning how to tell the story of my research. And in this episode I try to make the extremely boring question of "can we compare the genome of a virus to the gene expression of it's host cell to determine how a virus changes it's environment during single-cell infection?" seem exciting to non-nerds. ( The method I discuss was published by Sakia et al. in the journal of Nature Methods during 2019).
