Single Stream Taxation

Toby and Johnny Join me in this episode to discuss the idea of a single stream, directly accountable taxation system, in which people would only pay taxest directly to their local governors, who in turn would be responsible for paying a portion of that to only the next level up of government. This system would incentivize local, decentralized management, and dis-incentivize central, federal rule.
