Alyssa Klinzing just completed her reign as Miss Kansas USA and is on her way to finishing school this Spring. With her belief that women should take on leadership roles, she’s focusing her efforts on having a career in politics and educating young voters during this 2020 election. Alyssa talks about EVERYTHING in today’s episode and she’s not holding back. She tells us about her road to Miss USA in Reno, Nevada during a transition year under the new WME/IMG management and how the changes affected her view of the Miss USA system compared to competing for Miss Teen USA in 2012. Her advice for women in domestic violence situations, how to managed to successfully leave her abuser and how this lifetime Girl Scout member hustled her way as a teen to win a week at horse camp!
