Sipping Empowerment with Flor Coghi

During her time managing the supply chain and quality control at Bean Voyage, Flor Coghi worked to connect women smallholder coffee farmers to the global market and to the information they need to improve the quality of their coffee.  This podcast details her journey from being a little girl in Costa Rica playing in the rain to studying taekwondo and economics in South Korea for 10 years. Her coffee interest was sparked in Seoul and upon returning to Costa Rica, Flor got involved with Bean Voyage after seeing how their values of empowering women and providing access to education aligned with her own.
