Sister. Friend. Confidante | Episode 3

In today’s special birthday week edition - we’re speaking with family!  My sister Nina came to town, and among so many titles that she holds in my life; sister, friend, and confidante to name a few, she is also a very spiritual person and a great reminder for me about an alternate way of thinking that sometimes seems so different from the norm in Washington DC.  I really believe that my sister’s visit was a much-needed gift from the universe.  In this podcast we talk about our sisterhood, our father’s love of lunch too, the many years we’ve dined together at lunch, and the importance of a positive attitude, among other things. I hope today will bring you some joy and laughter and encourage you to reach out to family, or someone you consider to be family, for lunch as well.Peace, Love and LUNCH!
