I am SO excited to share this interview with you because I'm such a big fan of this artist and I'm honored to have her on the show. 🤩 In 191 we got it all in and discussed: •Becoming Avi Sic: Avi grew up in CT and spent a lot of time in Boston and NYC exploring the cities and absorbing the many types of cultures found across the east coast. At age 15, she got her first two-channel vinyl mixer and fell in love with DJing. She played multiple instruments in high school and took her passion to the Savannah College of Art and Design. Eventually she found herself in Chicago and has worked her way up to become a top-tier DJ in the city - and she continues to acheieve high levels of greatness with every set. 🏀 •DJ Career: Avi plays over 300 shows a year and has shared the stage with Diplo, Cardi B, RL Grime, Lil Jon and more. She was the first female DJ in Chicago to have a mix show residency on KISS FM and IHeartRadio AND she's the official concourse DJ for the Chicago Bulls. Oh and she also has worked with high-profile clients like Nike, RedBull, and Google - heard of them?
