“Send Coach John a message”I came across a post this morning from a good friend and former co-worker, Connie - that got me reflecting in some deep and attention getting ways for myself. First of all, at the time of this recording & sharing this story - I got a bit emotional thinking about people, especially how I miss my former co-workers at this time of year (school starting soon).  This is a bit longer of a podcast episode, as I am sharing this story about “Dorothy” and quietly sitting and the difference that this can make with others in a world that I’m finding trouble digesting what’s happening.
