Situationships and Open Relationships
from This Ain’t Sunday Morning Hosted by West Side Missionary Baptist Church
In this thought-provoking episode, we tackle the rising trends of polygamy, open relationships, and situationships, all through a biblical lens. Join us as we unpack the controversial ideas promoted by influencers like Kevin Samuels and Andrew Tate, who advocate for high-value men having multiple partners. We also explore Rob Kowalski’s stance on polygyny as a biblical alternative—is there truth to his claims? From the allure of open relationships to the challenges of situationships, we examine whether these modern relationship dynamics truly offer honesty and fulfillment or if they lead to deeper cycles of toxicity. Special guest Rev. Dawn Jones joins us to share her insights on navigating these issues from a faith-based perspective. Don’t miss this candid discussion that challenges societal norms and dives deep into the intersection of relationships, faith, and modern culture! P.S.
