Good morning everyone. Today is Saturday September 25th. Yeah, 25th. Yeah.

Um, so today I'm going to cover the next 10 benefits as I said, um, I want to unearth 60 benefits that I derived from Creating my podcast And I started this when I told 60 so um, I covered 10 yesterday and today I'm going to cover the next 10 number one Help me understand my listeners perspective and expanded my awareness in that subject or domain Number two help me become more conscious and clear as to how exactly my mind Wants to execute something so to give you an example On some days I would just pick up a notebook and brain dump by thoughts and create the content and deliver the episode On some other days. I will just record an episode extempor. I would not have the Feeling or the need to write and then deliver the episode Why am I sharing this because you might want to observe how your mind works, you know, be be present to yourself Don't be afraid of your own thoughts and feelings Because that will help you be present your thoughts and feelings without you know fearing it Number three, it helped me build confidence muscle to start something new that I never ventured before and pursue further So if I have demonstrated developing such a conference in creating a podcast Which I had never explored before In future when in doubt or fear I can remind myself and borrow this confidence power or power from the conference muscle whatever and Incorporated when I set out to learn another new skill regardless of my age. That's what I learned Next one it made me realize that every small step matters and I started valuing myself for taking that step without seeking external approval I did not expect somebody else to tell me or you took this step very good No, I did not expect that because that's what this doing this podcast episodes taught me So I started I started vowing for myself Next help me become a better life coach helping others to explore their magnificent self next Help me to boldly let go of the need to hold on to my belief that my business needs to be only Related to immigration services or consulting because I'm from the background banking immigration So my business was revolving around delivering services in the area of my expertise in consulting so I had to Let go of that belief system which I was holding on and it helped allowing me to pivot to pivot as a keyword To the life coaching arena So I want you to give yourself permission Where are you holding yourself saying that I must be doing only this type of thing or this area only and it comes Maybe it gave you power.

Maybe it gave you money. Maybe it gave you revenue Maybe it gave you position or fame whatever but probably the time has come to pivot into something new which is calling you It's called call to order or call to action Think about it. All right next it helped me step out of just doing solo episodes to interviewing So I started off first, you know saying that I want completion versus perfection in my first episode That slowly I started evolving into you know taking making points creating content Then I went on between extempo and creating content in a systematic way So many things and I started observing me then I went in from solo to interviewing Made me realize that my guest can be of any age group young and old. I have interviewed I think I don't know if she's seven or eight years old I've interviewed in 30s and I've been 30s also I mean 30s age group So that's what I realized you can interview any age group as long as they are ready to be your guest Next made me stronger to face rejection when I requested an interview from a prospective guest and she or he said No, because I'm thinking oh my god for my platform for my you know Because I want to explore the magnificent set for that person and I would have a person in that in my mind I want to be this person and I would really love to explore the magnific itself learn from her You know and then expand my awareness and also contribute to her or him learning from me and contributing to their expanded awareness But then yeah, if I said if I get a no, I was you know, I was I became stronger in what to say in taking the rejection No, I don't want to be too few.

I don't want to be a guest fine. No problem Help me improve my interviewing and listening skills Made me more compassionate and in awe for some of their achievements for some of their thinking some of their way of handling things in Off of them and also respectful to my guests regardless of their age So I think I've covered I think I've got I've got 10 benefits today So I will share the next 10 benefits in my next episode until I see you in my next see you or be present to you through my voice in my next episode Bye bye, bye to you. Have a fantastic day. Enjoy your weekend.

Bye. Bye
