TRANSCRIPT · AUTO-GENERATED

Hello everyone today is Sunday day three of my episode 60 benefits derived from my 60 years old Motivated self-motivated podcast that I created First of all, thank you all so much for your support in listening sharing your insights sharing your comments and and also What to say encouragement so today's day three and I would like to share 10 the third the third set of 10 benefits I would say what 21 to 30 whatever so let's go for it now number one it allowed me to feel comfortable in answering my listeners questions by moving away from fear and doubt mode and Moving towards confidence and helping mode Trusting my ability wisdom and intuition. So initially when I started the podcast I was wondering what if my listeners asked me some questions, you know, I would be thinking Oh my god, would I have the answer would I have seems would I come across a stupid person or whatever? Who am I to create an episode in the podcast all sorts of fear and doubt and everything but then doing consistently these episodes? It helped me move from fear and doubt into what is called confidence and helping more see what I'm doing is I want to help people That's the very clear intention.

So whatever answers. I knew I would just share right in that way So that basically I'm trying to hint the change of mindset Number two help me become comfortable with both short and long-term commitment such as creating 70 series 15 day series and 21 days series So as you can see in my last I think I think I've now created about over 65 episodes So I would have done some seven days series 15 days and 21 days So sometimes I was in a mood or maybe I would say I can commit for seven days because I don't have too many appointments So many things going on sometimes I would say 15 days sometimes I would say 21 days, right? So that's what I meant by this Made me realize that people need time and attention more than material things a huge revelation huge revelation Next made me more attentive to listeners compliments and statements on my strength that I never would have thought I possessed Had I not done a podcast? This is simple to understand right we all think that We all think that let's say let's talk about this example either We may say I'm strong in this and all that blah blah blah some people think that oh my god She's trying to Tom Tom herself, but that may be one of your ways to affirm What is inside of you in a vocal way so that you get to listen to your strengths from your own Language and you get to hear it and you get to internalize it not with the intention of going or Tom Tommy with the intention of saying to yourself Hey, Lelita, you are a good speaker something like that So how you feel is of course I cannot feel I cannot I cannot comment on how you feel inside But when I say that it is my intention is to internalize that fact and then look for clues look for miracles Oh, where am I communicating with the clarity with the clear intentions and community?

Yeah with glad it's not So I look for those opportunities So that's that and suppose I had not done a podcast some of the listeners observations and compliments I would never have thought that I had that strength and another thing when somebody compliments you take it seriously I mean just don't say oh, yeah, no, no, no, that's the I think that's the worst way to or I would say that comes as an impediment to Your self development or personal growth. That's my observation. Okay, so I'm gonna give you some examples How some of my listeners have complemented have observed pointed out my strength which I would never have realized that I had it and how I perceived Their observation of my strength and how I used it in future. Let's go for the next one one listener expressed that my voice is calming her mind This observation planted this thought in me.

Let me read the thought for you Lalita You must invest more time to do inspiring episodes by sharing your gift and calm more people Next one I became intentional about the books I read Processed the information and created episodes that benefit me and my listeners Next one listener remarked You speak Lalita you speak about your life's simple things in a splendid way While thanking the listener I realized that in an information overloaded digital world I To make a difference With this strength identified by the listener once again the strength is she says you speak about life's simple things in a splendid way Next one listener expressed your utter truthfulness and joy impress me your utter truthfulness and joy impress me to me That is a wonderful gift from the listener to act my gratitude journal. I'm pretty sure she's she's a very truthful And joyful person because it is her reflection that is observed on me, right? So I'm pretty sure she's a truthful and joyful person to find those qualities in me Next by being consistent in doing these episodes. I'm getting better better I never said I'm an expert.

I'm getting better at becoming more conscious to speak and express my thoughts clearly and intentionally last last benefit for today help me realize that Understanding generation gap huge right and 61 so obvious I'm gonna look for understanding generation gap is fun And I consider myself a student Experimenting in a learning laboratory with that said I thank you so much for giving your time giving your attention to listen to my episodes And please share your insights please share it with other people whom you feel will benefit and with that said Thank you so much, and you have a fantastic day. Bye. Bye
