Good morning everyone today is day six last day of my series So actually what happened was yesterday. I should have concluded the six day series, but Wednesday is my volunteering day. So I Physically mentally and emotionally gave myself permission to dedicate for for that purpose for volunteering in a temple to do their Carlin work anyway I showed up today in front of my podcast station after a very nice morning walk and there you go So let's go with today's 10 benefits, right? Okay.

So in part four. I hope you're listening to all my all my series In part four of my series I explained how my growth and how my I think it's part five. Okay, I Basically what one of those I think part four apart I explained how my Previous one of my previous episodes on growth mindset Helped me in prospect read research and guided me to switch Considering that I am an introvert to Considering that I'm an ambivert Today unlike yesterday or unlike the previous episode what I described for some reason I'm stuck and at the same time I feel I have too many insights and benefits to share this thing itself is a benefit I'll tell you why and I'll tell you how what I mean is I'm aware of the shadow shadow of feeling stuck Okay, it's like break if you have it whenever you drive a vehicle You must have experienced this. It's like a break.

So feeling stuck and Throwing light on the abundance of benefits to share that's like pressing your accelerator or gas pedal, whatever So I am aware being aware that what is stopping you that you're feeling stuck a part of you is feeling stuck and part of you is Having the feeling of abundance of benefits that you can share so that in itself is a benefit that I consider number two I listened to my episode 15 about the letter s social connection and sleep Which is from my own created acronym x-tem then I read insights shared by a listener. I'm reproducing That listeners hurts were batting for you Lolita nice episode on social connection and sleep Number two specific points you made were very very interesting Definition of social connection and about just watching people enjoy the day I went to the temple after listening to your podcast and this time I consciously watched everyone and felt very good for humanity as a Whole now. I understand what you mean Or what you meant Then the second point she made not staying in connection where you do not belong a very useful idea since wrong connections End up draining our energy significantly Okay, these were the insights the observations or comments whatever you may call So what happened to me just reading these two insights from my listener itself gave me the feeling of admiration By the listener. This is a huge benefit for me and is it's a useless.

It's a good stress. Okay, number three coming to the letter e Enjoy every moment of your day. So this is again a part of my acronym It's the the penalty meta letter of the acronym x-tem stem stem stem that e of that Just going over these three benefits. So enjoy every moment of your day I keep saying this in most of my podcast and also in the article So there are three benefits to that enjoy you can use the word sever You know just be present completely and enjoy every moment right sever enjoy So there are three benefits to severry or giving yourself permission to Enjoy every moment of your day.

You can create an acronym acronym, which is eem o yd Number one of the three benefits number one it can make you remember good stuff in life So if I really soured enjoyed every moment of my you know speaking to you through this podcast platform I will remember these good good days good Moments spent in communicating with you number two help you prevent mind wandering and keeping you in the moment as of now when i'm talking to Absolutely, there is no mind wandering. I'm not thinking about anything else. I'm just thinking about you and you only okay. No my wondering Number three help you increase gratitude and be thankful for the experience as we are experiencing right now I'm experiencing Total gratitude filled with gratitude for everything for the ability to pick up the phone and talk to you and communicate with you Uh to anchor app for being giving this opportunity and so many for my family because if I can do it There is something that allowing me to do it my friends my relatives no known seen and seen her I always say this okay That's another benefit number four here is yet another insight shared by my attentive listener This is what you said as usual a very useful episode love the comment Self development is contagious Tried smd start my day for word today and felt a lot more time affluent thanks again Wow another person said great job girl keep it up.

Let it give yourself permission to pat your back Yeah reward yourself. Thank you So now reading and internalizing these two comments is making me more eager more eager to help more people with self-development and Time affluence that's another benefit number five as i'm intending committing and publishing a batch of 10 benefits each day I realized that i'm becoming more interested in learning about several new positive emotions Normally my emotions i would describe as i'm learning and also verbalizing right yeah So motivated by both the curiosity to unearth the hidden benefits From hosting my podcast And the desire to learn about several positive emotions and verbalize them I directed my intentional attention to the article called or titled positive emotions a list of 26 examples And definition in psychology you can google it and read it please I encourage you to do that Number six Once I realized that there is a list of 26 examples of positive emotions Then I started reading each and each and uh, you know started applying I said, oh, am I feeling this way? Am I feeling this way? What does this mean?

And said to myself hey lalita, this is this in itself is an opportunity to add a to your positive emotions list By internalizing the meaning of each and putting it to use in life right from now In fact today I have verbalized two new emotions admiration And cheerful after reading the definition so you can see I think in point three and point four I used these two words admiration and cheerful So normally I would have said I felt fulfilled I was happy I was filled with gratitude So here I got two more new words to use and that makes me feel that is creating a new neural pathways, okay? Even though I'm getting old it's creating new neural pathways, which means it's good right number seven last letter m meditation From acronym x-stem but not the least it has impacted me a lot After I summarize the x-stem in one of my previous episodes I committed to trying different types of meditation with an open mind with an open mind I tried 21 day out of living meditation 21 days deep up to accreditation and I a couple more I was able to sleep well Get more clarity to address challenges And I became more physically active and also calm and centered number eight yet another thing I could see a precision effect about giving myself to try more new things without feeling or without fearing Failure without fearing being ridiculed made fun of Right so one such experience is Learning and creating colorful and valuable audio visual presentations presentations and also nice beautiful cards which are mobile cell phone mobile friendly or you know Depending upon the screen that you use so different I learned all these skills and you know by using canva app I'm one of my favorites Number nine I became more patient with myself and felt time affluent to think through the way I want to help myself and others And started writing articles and posts Number 10 finally I'm now able to use medium app and write for them and feel blessed to express my thoughts feelings and actions Through their published articles with that said as an over 60 years old motivated and inspired individual I thank you for being a part of my journey in creating a six part series of the episode 60 benefits derived from 60 years old self-motivated Lelita's morning musings podcast I invite you to try new skills by trusting your unique brilliance and being patient and compassionate with yourself I wish and pray for global well-being peace and prosperity bye bye for now and you all have a fantastic day
