Skattelettelser, renteforhøjelser og nye tider for boligejere

Trump har varslet skattelettelser, mens den amerikanske centralbank har sat kursen mod en ny renteforhøjelse i december. På de finansielle markeder har det løftet renterne, mens dollaren er blevet styrket. Næste uges vigtigste begivenhed er fredagens beskæftigelsesrapport fra USA. Men det er også værd at holde et vågent øje med de nye tal fra det norske boligmarked onsdag, hvor priserne i Oslo er faldet de sidste 5 måneder i træk – interessant ikke mindst set i lystet af, at det danske boligmarked på mandag vågner op til nye og skrappere krav til belåningsmulighederne i København og Århus.
