Skeeveland: Allan MacDonell in conversation with Aaron Lee

from Rare Bird Radio · host rarebirdlit

Allan MacDonell is the author of the novel 'Now That I Am Gone'. His other works include; 'Punk Elegies: True Tales of Death Trip Kids, Wrongful Sex and Trial by Angel Dust', 'Prisoner of X: 20 Years in the Hole at Hustler Magazine' and was a defining voice of the groundbreaking punk periodical "Slash" magazine. While writing for Slash, he also co-invented slam-dancing. For many years now, Aaron Lee’s rude comic ingenuity has touched you undercover of producer and writer credits for ‘Family Guy,’ ‘The Cleveland Show,’ ‘The New Normal’ and loads more. Lee’s bursts of caustic wit were big hits for wisecracking celebrities at televised roasts of Joan Rivers, William Shatner, Pamela Anderson, Flavor Flav and reality TV personality Donald Trump. It’s high time for Lee to cast off his blanket anonymity and expose his true identity: That’s what’s happening here on Skeeveland.
