Focus on three things - Skillsets, Character Traits & Beliefs. These are the three things that will impact the entrepreneurs. You are responsible for that business's growth, not the people you hire or any other factor. It's the skillsets, beliefs, and character traits that you have as the entrepreneur, that allow that asset to grow. If you're lacking in one of the areas, you might have all the right skillsets but not the beliefs to follow through and do it. So, it has to align in a way where you're not capped to a certain level because your beliefs are lacking or you're character traits are lacking behind. Try to align all the three factors on the same level.
