Skin Health: Staying Safe In The Sun

May marks Skin Cancer Awareness Month, a timely reminder that while brighter days and warmer weather are a welcome change, sun safety should remain front of mind. Even in Ireland, where cloud cover is common, ultraviolet (UV) radiation can still damage the skin and increase the risk of skin cancer. As people spend more time outdoors, it’s important not to overlook skin health and to understand how small daily habits.
