Skubal Returns to Comerica Park | Detroit Tigers News

Tarik Skubal is set to pitch against his old team, the Detroit Tigers, just days after being traded to the Dodgers — and it’s bound to be emotional. Facing Comerica Park as a visitor, Skubal knows the moment carries weight, but his focus remains on performing for LA, who are in playoff contention. Manager Dave Roberts hopes for a respectful tribute post-win, honoring Skubal’s past contributions without distracting him. Skubal, ready for the feelings, draws strength from teammates like Freddie Freeman, who’ve walked similar paths. In four starts since joining the Dodgers, he’s posted a 3.38 ERA and earned his first win — now aiming for another against the Tigers. This series isn’t just baseball; it’s a homecoming steeped in history. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
