Skylar: The deep end

Skylar called in today to share her experience with fear and swimming. Skylar is now a super competitive swimmer who belongs to two clubs where she excels at the top of her swim team. Skylar tells us that it wasn’t always this way though and there was a time when she was scared of the deep end of the pool. Skylar talks about discipline, persistence and putting in the hard work to become a top preforming athlete. Skylar encourages us all to take risks because the bigger the risk the bigger the reward.
