Rich is the one of the most well-known geocachers in the St. Louis area. He has been caching since 2001 and instrumental in developing a dialog between local land managers and geocachers. It is his leadership in the creation and implementation of gps receiver training classes and geocaching training classes at the city, county and state level that has helped elevate the St. Louis Area Geocachers Association as an educational resource. In this episode, we find out about their early days in St. Louis and how the SLAGA organization got started.
