Slain in the Spirit: With Matthew Esquivel

Slain in the Spirit: With Matthew Esquivel This week on The Remnant Radio we will be diving into Extra-Biblical Manifestations with Matthew Esquivel. We will be focusing on the "slain in the Spirit" phenomenon in the pentecostal charismatic movement. Is being slain in the Spirit a biblical practice, is it a new age phenomenon that has creped into the church, or is it something new that God is doing in the church? ____________________________________________________________________________________ Is being "Slain in the Spirit" a real experience? Is it supported by scripture? Is it possible for someone to lay hands on you and you fall backward uncontrollably into possibly a convulsion? What does the Bible have to say about this experience that is so prevalent in the charismatic community? Is being slain in the Spirit in the bible? In this theology podcast, we present a Biblical and robust examination for the slain in the spirit phenomenon. While some say it’s demonic, kundalini, or pure emotion, Remnant Radio gives a Biblical examination of this manifestation. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Help Support The Channel https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=GC2Z86XHHG4X6 ____________________________________________________________________________________ SHOW RESOURCES Mike Bickle (CHURCH HISTORY) https://mikebickle.org/articles/pdfs/The_Manifestations_of_the_Spirit_in_Church_History.pdf Subscribe to The Remnant Radio newsletter and receive our FREE introduction to spiritual gifts eBook.
