Producer James E. Moser finished BEN CASEY and started SLATTERY'S PEOPLE. While the earlier show focused on moral issues in medicine, this one, with Richard Crenna as "Mr. Slattery" (what, no first name?) dealt with ethics in the world of law. In this episode, Claude Akins is a doctor who knows he's made a mistake. Does he hide it, or risk losing his career via a lawsuit? Barbara Eden plays the doctor's sister...who also happens to be dating Slattery.
