In today’s episode, I discuss the importance of getting in enough sleep. Sleep is probably the most important aspect of your mental & physical performance regimen. Without sleep, you will not be able to focus the same on attention intensive tasks. Getting in at least 7-8hrs of sleep daily will put you in a great position to focus and make the most of your day. Studies have shown that just getting in enough quality sleep can increase your productivity the next day by as much as 20-30%! If that is not enough science to help you get to bed on time I don't know what is. So do your very best to get in some quality zzz, your relationships and your career will thank you. Some tips discussed to help you wind down before bed: 1. Take 1 magnesium capsule  2. Take 1ml of CBD Oil and aim for 20-25 mg/ml to help aid in its relaxing wind-down effects 3. Stretch or Do Yoga for 3-5 min to loosen up muscle tightness 4.
