PAUSE… But before the emotions take over, Before your worries become too loud, Let yourself sleep, Deeply sleep. Because sleep makes it all better. Relax your body, As you breathe fully into your belly. Letting the air clear what’s inside. PAUSE… Exhale completely, Releasing every bit of the day, And letting all those things float by. PAUSE… Now settle into your rhythm, Your body’s gentle swaying, With every breath in and breath out. She’s slowing you down, And rocking you to sleep, Feel her arms dissolve the doubt. LONG PAUSE… Within the sacred world of sleep, You are restored and renewed, Your mind, your body, your soul. What feels like brokenness, Like everything’s falling apart, Will soften and will be made whole. LONG PAUSE… You’ll wake with new life, A strength that was diminished, In your sleepy state of despair. But now with deep rest, You’re solid in yourself, And can approach your life with clarity and care. PAUSE… So rest now, my dear, Feel your body just let go, And melt deeper into your bed. Let the blankets hug you, And remind you you’re safe, As the thoughts vanish from your head. LONG PAUSE… Fall a little deeper, Relax a little more, Surrender to the healing of the night. Everything will feel better, When you wake up tomorrow, You’ll feel rested and light. Sweet Dreams, Beautiful. 💗💗💗 Check out all the deals from our incredible sponsors here! --> https://womensmeditationnetwork.com/sponsors   💗💗💗 Check out all of our other podcasts at https://womensmeditationnetwork.com Learn more about your ad choices. This Impact Studios production is a collaboration with the Governor family, UTS Faculty of Law and Jumbunna Institute for Indigenous Education and Research. The Last Outlaws teamKatherine Biber - UTS Law Professor and Chief InvestigatorAunty Loretta Parsley - Great-granddaughter of Jimmy Governor and the Governor Family Historian Leroy Parsons - Governor descendant, Narrator and Co-WriterKaitlyn Sawrey - Host, Writer and Senior ProducerFrank Lopez - Writer, Managing Next Generation Energy Systems Cambridge University Background Stakeholders working with energy systems have to make complex decisions formulated from risk-based assessments about the future. The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
