Sleep Stories: The Legends of King Arthur

The Legends of King Arthur are several connected tales about King Arthur, Guinevere, Lancelot, Merlin, and the Knights of the Round Table. These versions of the stories were arranged, modified, and reworked by Sir Thomas Malory in order to give a more complete image of Arthur from birth to death. The tales are set between the 5th and 6th centuries but contain 'modernized' depictions from Mallory's time (the 15th century). The mythological stories primarily follow the feud between the families of King Lot and King Pellinore and the quest for the Holy Grail, ultimately setting the stage for the future of Arthur's kingdom.
