Every episode tells a different story and you’re welcome to listen to whichever one works for you. This podcast is helping a lot of people and I love hearing from listeners about it. My goal with this podcast is to help people everywhere get the good night’s rest that they need but I do need your help to do this. Please jump into iTunes or your podcast player of choice, subscribe and leave a review. You would be surprised at how helpful this is. It’s a really small thing but does have a big impact. In the meantime, lie back, relax and enjoy the readings. Sincerely. Teddy
