Really this episode is about sleep if you wanna get down to brass tax about it. I was just trying to make a joke in the description up there just to kind of get the audience interested, keep them on their toes a little bit, right? If I just say hey I'm gonna title this episode sleep, and put "this episode is sleep time" whos gonna watch/listen to that? Me? Uhh no! No chance! 0% chance! I'd click away faster than Conner's mother. Anyhoot I hope this podcast gives you something to listen to on your 2.3 mile morning jog while you convince yourself you really can do a marathon one day. Yeah just like when you took a break at the 1 mile marker to "stretch". You don't care about stretching - you never have. You were gassed face it. You are out of shape and honestly you've been going downhill for a while so I'm not sure why you are standing there acting offended. This is a long time coming. Can't get enough?
