Teenagers love late nights, but are definitely not crazy about early morning school bells. Anna Daniel digs into the sleep issue in our first story as she visits a local sleep clinic to see how they help people who are sleep-deprived. Then our new segment, "The First 30," focuses on past HTVers as we celebrate our 30th year of broadcasting at Hillcrest High School.
