Welcome to part 4 of Housoween 2 and my look at Sleepy Hollow. The 1999 Tim Burton take on The Legend of Sleepy Hollow by Washington Irving.   Can this Gothic horror with a comedy spin work or is it just horsing around?   Find out if this late 90s take on the Headless Horseman work or is it a horse and pony show?
