TODAY, I went to my first apartment to take this picture of the front door. The picture for a short documentary video I'm producing. It was surreal... I remember the day I moved in. I was very excited, and very clueless. I knew I was going to do "big things" but I really didn't know how at the time. I became a student of everything I could. I read, listened to audio lessons, went to the book store (we had those back then), and attended local business meetings in the community and volunteered at all the community events. I figured something would work out at some point. Well, I got all the way down to my last $25. And, I decided to go the Border's books to see what I could learn. I spent the money on a book written by, my now friend and colleague, Debbie Allen. Her book is "Confessions of Shameless Self Promoters". I must have read it 5x. Things began to change from that point. Fast forward 20+ years...... My life is VERY different (and better). I'm still just as ambitious, yet I've learned so much along the way. That book is now just one of over 300 I've read. My goal is to help as many people as possible to experience the incredible life transformation I've been fortunate enough to be living. It's a journey, not a destination.
