We're gonna be talking about her journey and the importance of connecting people to create a better experience for everyone.

Currently Madrid. Amazing. Back in my birth town, so get to see, well, whoever I can see, right? Because during these complicated times, you don't get to enjoy to see the family or the friends that you usually get to see.

You've done a lot of different things when it comes to the Luxury space from certain events, opening a restaurant in San Francisco for, you know, concierge services, everything. And now you're getting towards your new project, which is launching this beautiful platform called Instasks. Yes. Tell us a little bit about you.
How you got there during your journey? My journey has been amazing and exciting. And I've been involved with a lot of different luxury markets and creating bespoke events and excursions within cuisine and different charters of yachts and jets. And this paid the way for creating Instatast app professional concierge services.
I love it. No, that's awesome. I need these nowadays. I always love to ask these questions, especially you, right, that are so involved in everything that relates to Luxury.
Why is Luxury to you anyways? Luxury, to me, is having personal touch in authentic presentations and memorable lifetime events. Wow. That's a perfect definition of it.
I love it. No, that's awesome. So tell us a little bit about these Instasks. Like what kind of services do you offer?
What is it exactly? We offer different types of real estate vacations and array of inventory with clients looking to book all different types of lifetime occasions. An array of services and products or technology is very unique. It has the capabilities to book all your services and tracking in one system.
I love it. So no more complication. You just go to this platform. Just looking for what you need.
And basically it's a la carte. You choose. And then, through the platform, it connects with the right people, right? Yes.
The app manages all payments, all services. You just click, you know, you need a private jet. You need a yacht charter, whether your yacht charter is in going to the Bahamas or you need a mega-god in Sockfrance. Beautiful.

That's very awesome.
I mean, now with what's going on these days, how have you seen this impact in your launching of this platform? Is it actually something that people are demanding? Is it more helpful? What is it?
What's happening? Well, because people have to be so cautious about being exposed to different types of people and around different people, actually the yacht charters and the yacht charters have been very, very successful. OK. Because people I feel like right now, they are more careful with what they book and how they book it.
How is this platform giving that peace of mind that it's not something random? We give the convenience of allowing you to book your services right in the app or our website from a beauty-on-demand service or a jet charter that you can just go on our website, you allow us to create these amazing excursions. And it's simple. I mean, you just said something that I wanted to ask you.

I mean, I know there's a lot of craziness going on nowadays. But if you really focus on the thing that you can be grateful for, life is comfortable, you know? It's a matter of celebrating everything along the way, you know? And I love what you're doing because when you connect, all these different companies or individuals in one platform, you are allowing that individual that is looking for a great experience to be able to reach out that.
So I think this is what we need to be focusing on these days, which is to connect, connect with everyone. Technology is out there. Unfortunately, it is to you, I mean, 100% important to keep connecting with these new partnerships, new contacts, right? Yes, absolutely.
And we give the flexibility for different companies to collaborate with us. And we open the door for their success and give them a new client's help base and exposure. Well, that's awesome. I love it.
That's what we need nowadays to make sure that everybody helps each other. Yes, another. Well, something that I always like to ask you because you've been doing so many things. I mean, you're definitely an icon in Miami.
And I want to know from everything that you've experienced, what are some like lessons or takeaways that you would like to share with those that are trying to launch their new business or are struggling with what you're doing, or even just in general? Like, what are some good takeaways you can share? I think that you take away your failures, learn from those experiences and apply that to your new experience. Because the things that you thought you failed in will ultimately help you to your success.
Well, yes, there is nothing better, right, than your failures to teach you how to move forward. No, that's for sure. So thanks for sharing that. Gillian, what are your plans?
Are you going to be standing in Miami for this time being? Do you have anything for the upcoming weeks? Well, for the upcoming weeks, I'll be here. But, you know, during the holidays, I'll probably go to Aspen or hopefully soon be able to go to London or South of France, you know, to get out of America a little bit.
I get that. I get that. And, you know, actually, it's so strange because we are really connected to technology, but it feels like we still need that, you know, flying out or driving out of where you are to get a little bit of breeze, you know? So one of the things that is very important is to stay away from negativity, try to focus on what's working, what's positive, build yourself around, don't be naive, like be open to know what's happening.
But we need more people like you with that smile, that positivity, going into new projects, connecting with people, because that's what it's all about. So... So much for having me, I really appreciate it. And we look forward to working with you as well.
