Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to another SSG Meetup, your host, Albert Rignette here to bring you another exciting guest today We have with us Chloe Tucker an ex-theater performer that turned into a superstar in New York for real estate with Sirhan How's it going? Exactly Happy to be here Here we go. You know when New York has been incredible as of late we had a couple Heaps and flows with the omni-cron coming in and and screwing us up a bit But New York is so incredibly resilient as I'm sure you know So we we've seen really an incredible market and it continues to stay strong It was very exciting to have you here today with us because you're also part of the Sirhan team Which is one of the revolutionary brokerages in the country So tell us a little bit about yourself. You're open Los Angeles I Instead of going to college I ended up playing Sophie in a little-known musical called Mamamia and I did that for two years on the road and then they brought me here and I did in New York and Worked a lot, you know about 10 years ago I can't believe it was and kind of fell out of love with the performing aspect of it But I knew that I was really creative I knew that I was passionate about performing but not really in theater So it took me a bit of time to figure out where to go with that and someone said you should get a real estate license You'd be great at it.
I knew nothing about real estate Absolutely nothing so I got my license and I fell in love with the idea of working for myself and being able to really see how far I could take it and the first thing I did as you do is I watched a million dollars in New York and I saw Ryan Sorry on screen and I thought to myself that that is something I could really see myself doing and before I had any Clients before I didn't eat in my first rental. I started an Instagram account. I started in YouTube I started copying Ryan's content and after my first year in real estate I had done about 150 rental transactions, but before I had ever done a sale I had people from every big team in New York City trying to get me to join them because I was offering something that a lot of other people Couldn't do while that was happening someone from Ryan's team reached out asked me to come work with them two days later I was sitting with Ryan Sirhan talking about joining Sirhan and Over the past year starting on a team and now being on my own and working on a new development project with Sirhan I closed out around 50 million in sales this year. Congratulations.
Yeah, well an exciting journey And you basically said it right there. It's not about choosing one top or the other You can actually combine both because one of the things that you guys are specialized in on is on the content creation because you are now Yourself not just leaving some amazing projects, but you're also the host of one of the shows enlisted by Sirhan I am performing more and creating more as a real estate agent than I ever did as a performer Social media as you know itself is performative, right? You have to be creative You have to think of ways to put things out there to to be quick on your feet and doing that consistently actually makes you better in real estate Now play tell us a little bit about within social media. Yes so many different platforms Which one I am a big believer right now with what's going on is I did this myself So about a month ago, I decided to start a TikTok account and nothing about TikTok I didn't even understand really how the buttons work But I was like you know, but I was like wow there are people on this platform that are growing Substantially quickly and I was like that's really interesting So I started doing it.
I started playing with things and over the past month. I've grown to 17,000 followers on TikTok with three videos going past 1 million views and being in a substantial amount of press Which has nothing to do with real estate But everyone says Chloe Tucker came New York City real estate agent my point my point being is I think right now the most valuable thing You could do for yourself Especially if you're in real estate is to start a TikTok account tell nobody you're starting it and just start putting out content try to understand These algorithms because the great thing about TikTok is it will tell you very quickly What's working and what's not and you can kind of write you can use that information to continue to build your Instagram and also Show your developers your clients. Hey, I actually not only have Instagram I also have TikTok look how many users are watching me promote your yeah sale or your building or whatever it is It's a funny side note I didn't tell anybody about my take-tok account and so funny. I got almost like 200,000 followers verified account I got like all these videos that go over past million views and it was all about the interesting that I was doing now What happened with it?
Yeah, and this is why I'm telling you this because I didn't even promote my tiktok anywhere else and it just happened like that a few videos That went viral to just continue posting regularly and you're like riding that way However, and this is good for the audience to know the moment that you stop posting and you try to a month later Get back into tiktok. Don't get discouraged because it happened to me You know I stopped posting for a month and a half then I posted again and I could like all the sudden Hundred views thousand views and I'm like what's happening? I was getting millions of views So I stopped posting this I got I'll stop picked up and then I was like what you said is like what I'm stopping There's so many opportunities out there so it takes again a little bit to be momentum But why don't you do it? Actually, this is a really interesting point that I talk about a lot right now And I'd love your your insight on it.
So the stuff you're posting on TikTok is it really stated or is it all the travel you're doing? It's like three lifestyle related. So what we do in super luxury group is yes It's like real estate, but we're in focus more on the lifestyle itself, right? So myself, you know Yes in that content about the luxury lifestyle.
So well I asked all the time because I say I I use something called the three C's right? And that's kind of the arc of your brand. It's your career You're calling in your core your career is obviously what you do You're calling is what you're passionate about and your core is your personality And I always and I truly believe this is you can't niche down and say my niche is real estate, right? Because there's all of us are real estate agents, right?
We work in real estate It's not a niche. So it's what's within that that is your specific thing that makes me different from you makes me different from the real estate agent Next to me over here and over here, right? And for you, you just said which I think is brilliant you're focusing on the luxury lifestyle aspect, right? So so that is something very specific within your niche that is obviously very much clearly working You guys that look at me ask you because working with certain as you said you looked at him up at the beginning of your career Somebody that was very energetic doing amazing and you wanted to kind of get towards the same level And now you're working with him.
How has that been from the early stages without being a certain and I've been really incredible one because You know, this was always my goal, you know, we talk about manifestation and all this I manifested this, right? This is what I saw for myself in my career And the beauty about it is you know, he's the real deal This company is the real deal and for me to be able to be a part of that I am now like I said I'm as my own agent I started on a team and to really be able to now work with him on projects We have a bunch of upcoming things and to have that level of mentorship from someone that is so incredible at what we do It's been it has been amazing and and and the other part of it is my social has continued to grow really quickly And it's because I'm in a company that so much believes in authentic content creation So if you have to summarize everything that you've learned to one golden nugget once the number one thing you've learned by being a Second, what was it? You have to work incredibly hard, but you also have to work incredibly smart And I really believe the way you do that is you lean into the skill set You're really good at for me It's content creation for me It's media and the more that you really lean into that and be a tastemaker and what you already know the more you're going to be brought up Within your company and the more you're going to be able to get the support on the things that you operate at You know, it's a it's very much a team community based thing, but lean into what you know and what you're great at I love that. No great great insights.
Now. Yes In the luxury real estate. Yeah, also a show called making me. Yeah So very much a take on house hunters which I grew up watching and loving but with top New York City influencers and Because I am so obsessed with content.
I really understand what an influencer is looking for within a home Right and it's a real business now These people are have gone from zero to millions of followers are getting, you know crazy grand deals They're making a lot of money in a very quick amount of time And these are our next group of high-end luxury buyers, right? It used to be celebrities and movies that are the other now the next batch of people that will be moving into this high-end luxury market Are the influencers and I've really become kind of that go to person in New York City The you know the girl that works with the influencers, but it's because I understand that right and I don't think it's I'm not trying to prove Anything I understand what they're looking for and I could feel their need But but the reason I came up with this show is because these people are so entertaining, right? They're so funny and we love watching them And I thought to myself How could it be to be able to take all of their viewers all my viewers all of sir can see yours on this journey to helping them figure Out where their next move is in New York City, you know, whether it's a rental whether it's their first sale whether it's their 20th sale And they're buying a you know $10 million apartment I really want to give insight to the process for these people. I love that it's amazing I think it's so genius and the reason I'm a big fan of it is because a super large group We have a team of influencers, you know, and we fly them into these amazing homes to create content So get the lifestyle that the properties have to offer So I think that influencer marketing is huge and bringing their audiences into your show and the houses is Right, right?
Absolutely. Oh my god. Oh, absolutely Absolutely. Oh, yes, very well done.
Now, we always ask the same question to our guests at these shows And I want to know your answer actually. What is luxury to you? You know luxury is a mindset, right? Luxury is something that you It's the idea of whatever an expanded life is and your idea of luxury might be different than my idea of luxury But it's it's something that is is an idea And you have for your perfect life and we all strive to be able to get to whatever our luxury ideal moment is I Just thought about Listen these are the answers that we're looking for because I've heard all kinds of answers and this one is definitely One that I resume a lot.
So now thank you for sharing that and look I know you have also how something's going on myself as well So I just wanted to wrap this up by asking you out of your entire career, right as a performer and now with real estate What are some takeaways that you would like to share with you? I think of course authenticity, right? And that's something that it's very easy for me to say to you be authentic be authentic but actually figuring out what that personal authenticity is is difficult and you know It's the same thing through fear through being a performer and now in real estate is you have to be okay with the flop You have to be okay with you know Something putting out something and it not doing well And the more that's why I always recommend tick-tock tell nobody right because you have to train that muscle to try things Because a lot of it's not gonna work right but but you're not gonna know what works until you figure out what doesn't so the more You can put your ego aside and say hey, I'm gonna I'm gonna really use this all as a think take I'm gonna try things. I'm gonna get through the suck I'm gonna go on to the next the better you're going to be in sales the better You're going to be in what you're doing in day-to-day and the more successful you will be on your content platforms So just go for it guys That's great.
That's great. So we're gonna see a lot of people starting to take the cuz I got and then all this out in That's gonna be there absolutely that to success because I agree with you a lot of people get too shy and they don't want to get out there But if you just start something like tick to come decide where you're like trying constantly look It's a great platform to yeah yourself out there and get yeah, there's so many opportunities of course. No, thank you Thank you for sharing all that and thank you for all the insights anything else that we haven't you know I I to you personally keep doing what you're doing It's amazing and inspiring to see someone else who's bringing the content to the people who's really having these types of conversations And I hope we all continue to do so if anyone watching is looking for you know an Instagram or tick-tock audit Click the link in my bio and we can make it happen, but I so appreciate this and let's keep it going Because there's so much more to talk about within this industry and I hope we keep doing it Thank you, Gloria.
