Alright ladies and gentlemen welcome back to another Eso D'Amita all the way from Kenya. I mean right here behind me there was a beautiful sunset in fact with Alafan so it's got a bit too dark for this one but I promise I'll be sharing some of these incredible adventures on the Instagram Live tomorrow. Now for today we have a very special guest, his name is Ryan Stuman and he is the CEO of the hardcore closer. He has an amazing podcast with all interesting guys that talks about how to really hard close anything.
Ryan what's going on my brother? I'm excited to have you here brother. Yeah I'm glad to have you. I was going to tell you.
I'm really happy to be here but yeah I was on the tractor yesterday. We have I bought a building in Texas there's 22,000 square feet big office building and behind it is about two acres and it was all wood. So yesterday we brought an excavator and a tractor and stayed out in the sun all day clean and clean the woods up now. It's all grass or will be grass out so you're on the hard you know the hard clothes about hard work and the hard times that you go hard at it.
That's me. Well you know that hardcore closer is not so much about maybe sales is these days as much as I just closed deal you know we did a deal on this office building and I needed to handle that as part of the deal so they want to like $30,000 to clean that out. I did it for free. I borrowed a tractor from a friend got another friend to bring their tractors one day later.
So tell us a bit about yourself. Yeah I've been I started off in the mortgage world so I was a loan officer doing residential mortgages for about eight years and in 2010 I got into the internet marketing world. I really saw this mastermind opportunity before a lot of other people really before anybody was into doing it to the level that they are now and so I started partnering with celebrities on TV and doing masterminds with them so I would take like a real estate agent like Frederick Eklund that was on a million dollar listing New York and I would partner up with him and make him the face of it and then I would run a mastermind on the back end you know and I would do all the sales make sure all the customers were happy like all of that stuff right and so you know flash forward I've been doing that for 13 years now obviously and because I started that I had my 13th year anniversary to a lot of this week so I've been doing it for 13 years now and you know and most people most people they you know they don't run a business for two or three years and it clashes so to have something that's been around for this long you know I've never had never been sued I've never had a business better business bureau report I'm not on the river I'll report I've kept my word with our clients a hundred percent of the time you know and but that's like the business side but you know in my personal life when I was adopted when I was age seven my mom and dad split and then I ended up getting adopted by my stepdad years later when they remarried I dropped out of school when I was 15 I've been the you know in and out of nine different prisons across the state of Texas I did three years inside of prison so I was a young man in my teens and twenties I was really lost because you know now looking back as an adult in the person I am I look back I just had no leadership at home you know what I mean I found out everything about my parents wasn't what I thought it was and I was this rebellious person that just wanted to get away from from this abusive house that I lived in and I was just willing to do anything you know and I didn't have an education in a sense of nowadays I'm old so now you can go on YouTube you can watch a video and learn how to do anything out of half those resources you know you you were lucky if you had been psychopedic in your house you know and back then and so you know we I did things like sale drugs and stuff like that you know just to live as a young man there was probably a four-year period from maybe 17 years old to 21 or so where I didn't have a house or an apartment or anything I just crashed on people's couches and I wasn't homeless in a sense I'm like I was you know sleeping on street corners and stuff like that but I didn't have anywhere to live I might crash at your house for a week and you know beat somebody at your house that wanted to let me crash at their place for a week you know just kind of transient around and so but once once I turned 30 I guess I was 31 when my oldest son was born and it just kind of gave me a whole different reason and I was already yeah I mean mistake when I was 19 but I paid for forever right but in 2010 that because I was a felon they took away my mortgage license even though my felony was from guns and had nothing to do with mortgages they took away my mortgage license they just said hey we know that you were successful make millions of dollars in the banking world but you can't do it anymore we know you didn't do anything wrong in the banking world you can't do it anymore good luck and really that's why so many people go back to prison because it would have been really easy for me to do it I'm just like criminal shit that's good that shit don't work you know but instead I thought you know I'm looking at what skillset do I have you know and at that time I knew how to do mortgages I could do that I'm gonna wash cars I'm gonna do that you had sales drugs and failed it failed drugs clearly so I'm not gonna do that so I thought well you know what I was successful at mortgages and now that I can't do mortgages why don't I teach loan officers some of the things that I did that helped me be successful and so like that's literally how this whole thing got started because I started off teaching I had an event and a whopping five people showed up at this event five people right you know I'm just big and five people showed up and two of them two of them left with me at the job that I got fired from when they wouldn't give me a license you know I'm saying something like that so um but flash forward last year in 2022 that same event I have 3,000 people in a stadium and you know what three of those five dudes were in the audience because they stood up when I called them out they're still around but you talk about in your apex about the G-code so tell me about the G-code well so one thing that I learned in prison specifically and in my earlier life is if I don't have systems and routines in my life I can't be successful and so a lot of people have business systems you know they've got standard operating procedures they've got a business plan stuff but they don't have that for their life so the G-code is what I call the code to greatness if we're let's say that we are like artificial intelligence living on a simulator just for the grand scheme of things then we've got to be coded right with us that our code is the DNA as a human right but we're coded for greatness I don't believe God made us in God said you know what let's first be average no I'm right I'm gonna be average right God created us for greatness but we get on this planet and temptation takes greatness away from us right like temptation to eat food have sex with the wrong people surround yourself with the wrong friends do drugs all these things those temptations take us away from the greatest version of ourselves not doing work not all these other things right so so what I did was I created a process in a system for to really extract that inner greatness that we all have so the G-code stands for the code to greatness everything I'm making sure that I got the right mindset that I'm taking care of my body that I'm taking care of my business and I'm taking care of the people that matter the most to me then if you can get those four wins down David you created a system and a routine and a habit of winning in four areas every single day you know what's crazy is I've got like 400 points that thing is fantastic I wanted to ask you about the power of the mastermind the power of the community like how important it is for people to join a mastermind group well you know that's one thing that I was just saying about the G-code is the group of people you spent your time with you know Jim Rohn said you become the average of the five people you spend the most time with so once you start to really understand what Jim was trying to tell us you understand how important it is that you pick the right five people to spend time with right if you have a spouse who's negative and and doubts you and all this and that's one of those five people that's going to bring your average down you can have four billionaire friends and then one negative person in your life and they're going to bring that great and curved down so it's important to have as many people in your life that are winning that are doing what you want that are at least encouraging you right to be who you want to be so that's what I created we've got Apex which is 2000 plus people active paying members and one of the biggest masterminds in existence and I'm actually doing I don't do very many webinars like maybe one a year and Tuesday next week January 31st I'm doing hey I haven't made the announcement yet I guess this is kind of the quasi-person announcement but I don't do but maybe one webinar year but this year I'm going to help people start their own mastermind there's nobody that's better at it than me nobody has a bigger one than me nobody's done the thing that I have we have a well-run machine I've got 50 million dollars from mastermind sales and I've got the receipts to prove it it's not just plus and I pulled out of my ass and so you know we're gonna help people because what happened I believe is because of COVID and because of people masking everything whichever side you want doesn't matter to me but a lot of people split up a lot of people they lost their families they lost their friends because they argued with them they didn't politically agree with them they didn't they didn't medically agree with them and so a lot of successful people are just kind of lost and on their own and looking to reconnect with people that are going to get them re-centered and grounded and help push them to success because man if anything's happened in the last three years it's been so much you know and I'm trying to go back and sit like the government in the media they unzip it I'm gonna go back and zip it back up to where we can all get back together yeah absolutely so in our apex program that's what we teach the the ways to live by the the G-code those four things that we teach the ways that turbo charge your business and turbo charge your relationships to get your mind right we have tons of people that are lost 50 100 even more than 100 pounds our program because you know our mission as this group is to represent what winning looks like at all times so that when you see somebody that's an apex every like do that person's winner you just know it you know there's no doubt in your mind when when we walked in there's a thousand of us probably in that stadium in last June like everybody could tell who with apex they just by the way they carried themselves the way they handled themselves because we're all on that same mission it's not to make Ryan good it's not for our students in her circle it's not any of that it's like we are apex we are in movement trying to do good you know and last year we gave I think 600 000 dollars to charity you know like that's a huge amount of money from from just having that mastermind we rescued sex traffic kids we we had pedophiles arrested we helped out churches feed people locally we helped uh Navy fields and combat veterans get re-acclimated into corporate jobs through therapy and stuff like that do we we helped a lot of people so it didn't just help the members it didn't just financially benefit myself and the employees in the business but it gave back to charities that made all the difference in the world wow what's the biggest takeaway I mean something that for the audience that is listening or watching if they want to transform their lives what is something they can do today you know I wish I just had one thing but if you if you want to transform your life let me give you some free game and um I've done this it's 2005 okay so I've been doing this for almost 20 years for for 18 years now is I read the Bible okay and I know you're like I just got cut to everything else but inside this Bible there's a specific book that I read every day and it's called the book of Proverbs there's 31 chapters in Proverbs so if you read one chapter a day it only takes like two minutes to read it if you read one chapter day doesn't matter the translation whatever one chapter day every day of the month why would I do that okay so why would I do that the reason why I do that is the man who wrote the book of Proverbs was a guy named King Solomon King Solomon was the wealthiest person still to this day it's just beable between uh Massa Musa and a couple other people but one of the if not the richest people to ever live he had more women than anybody had more money than anybody had more success than anybody and when he was at the height of his game he wrote this business book about wisdom called Proverbs right and it's not easy to understand and I've been reading this 6800 times and every day I get a new lesson from it every day I get a new bow that's for me that it's just so deep rooted in every day I've been reading a billionaire once told me to do this in 2005 I never stopped and so if you want it something and it's not like you're going to do this tomorrow it's going to change your life it's not like you're going to do this you're going to read the thing the first time you're going to go oh I got everything figured out I'm telling you for almost 20 years I've been doing this and read this thing and I say that because that I believe the principles in the wisdom because in the book in there one of the first things King Solomon says is the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and if you will find wisdom and bind it around the tablet of your heart so what he's saying is that you could choose money if you could choose bitches you could choose money you could choose cars whatever but if you'll choose wisdom first if you'll seek wisdom first all the other stuff will be a byproduct of it so I spent the last 20 years trying to seek wisdom not education not be smarter but be wise according to Lord and man it has been the one thing that has changed my life and I know some people hear me like this dude cusses he went to prison everything else like God knows who I am I'm not going to show up there I'd be like I can tell I'm the first and I'm pretending to be here on earth no he knows who I am right so I'm just going to be me and I'm going to be real wow that's amazing you're amazing I definitely want to emphasize the importance of joining the right communities on really applying what others that are succeeding you can apply to yourself so I want to bring you important things that we're doing and for sure whatever we can do the support keeping what you're doing
